Short answers are fine. "Not sure" is a genuinely useful answer.

Who you help, what you deliver and roughly how many people are involved. Add your website if you have one.

A task that keeps coming back, or something that quietly eats the week. Tell us what happens now and what you would like to be easier. If there are two or three, put the biggest first.

Any AI tools, plus where the work actually happens: email, documents, your task list, your industry software. Tell us what you have tried and how it went, including what did not work.

Understanding what is possible, choosing where to start, or getting one piece of work running properly. What would you like to leave knowing or being able to do?

What starts it off, what information you need, the main steps, what comes out at the end and who checks it. Roughly how often it happens. Describe the work rather than the records.

The documents and systems you would normally refer to. Anything out of date, hard to find, or that should not go near an AI tool. System names are enough.

Starting fresh, using AI for the occasional question, or already working with files and projects? Would you rather watch first or work alongside us? Tell us about anything that would make the session easier for you.

Who knows this work best and who signs off on a change to it. Anything you have already built or tried is worth a line.
